This system has been developed by a Norwegian trumpet player (with too much time on his hands), in collaboration with Taylor Trumpets.

We have been through several editions, trials and testings before it landed on these particular design concepts.

Heavy top mouthpieces is absolutely not a new invention, but this design allow you to use the same body with different clothing, depending on which sound you want in various settings.

The main material in mouthpieces has always been brass, but here we have added bronze, aluminum, different plastic materials and wood! You will hear, and even feel the sound changing when you switch back and forth between the different materials and designs.

The mouthpiece and sleeves are fitted with threads and it is very easy to change the clothing, just by screwing it apart and together. No tools needed for these simple operations.
